Life

Mind.

I grew up and was educated in Basel, Switzerland, a city with a strong tradition in design and visual culture. Since 2001, I have been a certified graphic designer with a federal diploma.

In 2004, I moved to Munich, Germany, where I deepened my focus on editorial design and developed projects that combine conceptual clarity with aesthetic sensitivity.

After leading the redesign and subsequently working for two years as Art Director of the renowned Burda Style magazine, I became self-employed in 2011 and worked with various well-known agencies and magazines.

In 2017, my path led me to Conil de la Frontera in the south of Spain. There, I expanded my creative practice by integrating ceramic craftsmanship into my work, exploring the dialogue between design, materiality, and manual process.

After more than two decades working as a graphic designer I simply love the fact that there is always something new to explore!
